I am enjoying this food series SO much! You take those simple subjects and give them such personality! The TV dinner just bowled me over! (We were only allowed to have TV dinners if we had a babysitter. Otherwise is was a "sit down at the table and tell us about your day" kind of affair. Ah, You gotta love the 50's!
These recent food paintings are all great! Hard to pick a favorite, but maybe the sardines, just because I love to eat them. Wish I could see this show in person.

I think I remember getting Jiffy Pop popcorn when we had a babysitter. Hmm... that might make an interesting painting!
I've never tried sardines Fay, maybe I should! I remember my dad used to have them on toast with a beer.
