Thanks for the feedback. I first painted this scene the way I normally paint. Once it was finished I decided to scrape it down and see if I could rescue it. I sort of like the random effects of the scrape down.
I really like this one. Your brush strokes are bold and confident, and I love the way you have treated the large space - the sky, hills, the road, etc. Just beautiful!!
