"Cold Drinks" - SOLD

8x6" oil on hardboard

Here's another one from the Toy Boat Cafe. If you're ever in SF you should certainly stop here for coffee, ice cream or dessert. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is really friendly. It's sort of like visiting an antique toy museum, there are hundreds of old and unusual toys decorating the walls and shelves.

Wonderful composition, Michael. I love how you cropped this and simplified the shapes. The colors are the star of the show. Love that lemon yellow against the bright green. Great job!

Sounds like a great place. Did you paint on site?

This makes me want to look in my fridge to see if there is anything even as remotely interesting in it! Very fresh in viewpoint and composition- luv it
