"Mini Airstream" - SOLD

6x6" oil on masonite

I always thought it would be cool to own a little trailer like this. I've seen the interior of one that was beautifully restored and it was like stepping back in time. I like the idea of parking it in some beautiful spot and doing nothing but painting, reading, sleeping ... and of course eating! I found this little trailer in the small coastal town of Pescadero.

Beautiful. The simpicity of shapes, and capturing the essence of the scene, is perfect.

Very cool painting. I've only camped in a tent, but there have been many times where I have had to set it up in the wind and rain that I sure wish I had a camper to just go into.

Love how you painted the metal. The shapes are beautifully painted and I like the colors you chose.

I love these, too! Just went to the Airstream show in Sarasota and did a painting of a Bambi last week. They even make a good yard ornament.
