"Pepper & Salt" - SOLD

I've got to get organized! There are a lot of things I didn't foresee when taking the daily painting plunge. For one, I've got a lot of paintings to manage. Some are drying, some need to be signed and photographed. I need to make some sort of drying/display rack so I can keep them organized yet visible. These little paintings are taking over my house!

tell me about it! they can become a real storage problem - good thing most are small. thats one reason i work in acrylic - within minutes they're dry, photographed, posted to my blog and stashed away. plus i'm doing 8 other jobs so squeezing in a daily painting is challenging.half the time i don't even get to it till about 11 pm and i'm exhausted. but all that aside, there is nothing better for sharpening one's skills - so.... nevermind! LOL

I am impressed by your committment!I have a friend who uses a plastic dish rack to dry panels, that way they are upright and fairly contained.Do you put a time limit on your daily paintings? Are you always using artificial light?I love this one, white is tough but you've got it!

Thanks for the compliment Patti, and I know what those 11pm paintings are like! Good idea Anne, using a dish rack, I may have to pick one up. As for a time limit on my paintings. I don't really set a limit... sometimes I wish I had more time! I usually spend between 90 minutes and 2 hrs. I've been using artificial light but I'm looking forward to experimenting with natural light.
